Refund Process
Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process. Refunds are processed using your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference and eligibility.
- Refunds for GCash or bank transfer payments will be credited within 3-7 business days after approval.
- Cash on Delivery refunds will be issued as store credit, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used food and beverages
- Personal care products with broken seals
- Items received beyond the 7-day return window
- Products marked as "Final Sale"
